PROJECT INTENT 
Connecting the interiors to the urban fabric of the Cleveland Clinic neighborhood.

IBM Watson Health is an approximately 40,000 sf interior office fit out of an office building outside the center of Cleveland. The space is designed to mimic the grid of the city, aiming to create an urban sensibility in a sprawling neighborhood. The office integrates state of the art MEP systems with dynamic and sustainable materials and flexible workstations to create a vibrant, healthy and contemporary home for the IBM team in this part of Cleveland.
